You haven't heard of him, I can guarantee it. He's the guy (with the beard), who wrote and directed the British version of The Office (the original, which America copied).
Anyway, he's playing the same character he plays in The Office (the boss) in these specials about microsoft. You really need to be in tone with his sort of humour, it's very subtle and you have to listen carefully and watch his face. The way he just makes a fool of himself with the things he says trying to be 'cool' and 'wise.' It's very clever and I love the guy XD and I think he should go down in history with all the classic people like Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), John Cleese etc:
