In New Zealand, we pranked the emergency number, when I was like 11. Of course, they didn't do anything because we were so young.

Hahah.
I've called 060 once, they are ineffective as far as has been for our experience. They pretended to write down my info and told me an ambulance was dispatched... lies. An hour later tehy deny my record and say no ambulance is available for us.
