When/if my wife is allowed to go online to speak to her husband, sure we use them.

I only use Web camera with my family. I don't think I trust anyone else to use it, specially anyone who is not common to this boadrds (after all you guys already know how I look like).
I use the Microphone only if someone askes me to. I rarely start it. That is of course aside of talking with my husband, which is almost a given we'll use it if we both are online at the same time.
